Since moving up to Mt. Hood almost a year ago, nothing brings me more joy than taking my clients around to explore and find hidden corners to capture their engagement session! The options up here for engagement sessions (and elopements and weddings and everything else for that matter) are seriously endless! Some spots we have to walk or hike a little to get to, others we are able to just step out of the car into immediate beauty!

Allie & Evan initially wanted a snowy, winter engagement session but after weighing our options, we decided to do more of a spring/summer session and I’m OBSESSED with the results! I mean, forest plus lakeside plus golden hour plus a riverbed with epic mountain views?! It cannot be beat! They even brought a shark shirt for their dog, Buoy! These two were down for anything I suggested and when Allie turned to me and said “Do I have to wear shoes?”, I knew I had found my people. I can’t wait to capture their wedding next year and document many more memories for this precious duo (trio)!
