These two. I struggle to find words to describe them because nothing seems quite good enough. They are genuine, faithful, kind and all around good souls. I was fortunate enough to take their engagement photos in February while Aaron was home on military leave (see full engagement story and pictures on the blog!). He then headed back over seas shortly after our session and Ms. Tamra planned the entire wedding in less than 5 months! Every single detail was flawless. I have looked forward to this day since February and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Seeing Aaron’s reaction to it finally happening as the bridal party started to proceed down the isle had all of us in tears. I struggled to even see my camera to capture it all as the tears flowed down my face. After the beautiful ceremony and touching toasts, this group danced the night away until we all said goodbye to Aaron and Tamra with a flower petal exit into their awaiting limo.
They are en route to their new home on the east coast as we speak to establish military life there. As his best man said so perfectly during his speech, in a world full of such violence and hatred, these two are a beautiful reminder of what’s important and are a breath of fresh air.
I thank you Tamra and Aaron, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to experience and capture this special day. It warmed my soul.
Here is a VERY small peek into their images by random selection.
